She is survived by her father, Richard A. “Dick” Heath of Fort Fairfield; one son, Justin Searles of Presque Isle; three daughters, Danielle Cox and her husband Matt of Fort Fairfield, Kaylee Nabarro and her husband David of Luton, England, U.K, Whitney Searles and her companion, Stephen Simpson of Auburn; one sister, Angela Young of Claremont, NH; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Nabarro of Luton, England, UK, Reid Simpson of Auburn; niece and nephews, Heath Young of Claremont, NH, Hayden Young of Vermont, Hope Young of Lebanon, NH.

Due to the current restrictions on gatherings, a private graveside service will be conducted at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield with Rev. Meg Heggeman officiating. A public Celebration of Karen’s Life will take place at the United Parish Church, Fort Fairfield at a later date, and time to be announced by the Giberson-Dorsey Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 144 Main Street, Fort Fairfield.
