Caribou – Dolores L. “Dolly” Jandreau, 67, wife of Donald R. Jandreau, passed away Tuesday morning August 4, 2020 at a Presque Isle hospice facility, following an extended illness. She was born March 19, 1953 in Hartford, CT, the daughter of Clifford and Olive (Philbrick) St. John.

Dolly was a graduate of the Caribou High School, Class of 1971 and also attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She was married to Donald R. Jandreau on September 7, 1974 and had been employed by several area businesses including Keddy’s Motor Inn, Presque Isle, Miller’s Discount, Caribou for twenty-three years and most recently at the Caribou Save-A-Lot. Dolly greatly enjoyed ceramics, dancing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Dolly was predeceased by one daughter, Dacia Lou Jandreau; three brothers, Clifford, Leo and Jeffrey St. John. She is survived by her husband of nearly 46 years, Donald of Caribou; one son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Shelley Chapman of Newport News, VA; three daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Shawn Theriault of Presque Isle, Julie and Corey Albert of Frenchville, Cassandra and Chuck Camire of Gardiner; three brothers, Arthur Philbrick and his wife Lorraine of Augusta, Michael St. John of Gardiner, Peter St. John of Salt Lake City, UT; eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
