Condolence From: Michael Schramm
Condolence: I knew Charlie when I was stationed at Loring AFB (1969-70). We were buddies, along with Hiram Hiramoto, and spent a lot of time off-duty at the USO in Caribou. I had a car, so we went on local trips and once we drove to his parents house in Ticonderoga. He was a great guy.
