GAIL M. YOUNG
CARIBOU
Caribou – Gail M. Young, 71, passed away Monday morning, March 11, 2024 at a Caribou nursing facility, following an extended illness. She was born October 2, 1952 in Caribou, the daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Morrell) Corbin.
Gail was a graduate of the Caribou High school and was a member of the Caribou United Baptist Church. She generously volunteered countless hours over the years both at Cary Medical Center and the Caribou Nursing and Rehab Center.
In addition to her parents, Gail was predeceased by one son, Brian L. Corbin Sr.; one brother, Paul Corbin. She is survived by one daughter, Rena Young of North Caribou; one son and daughter-in-law, Jesse and Kim Young of Caribou; one daughter-in-law, Lisa Corbin of Laconia, NH; one sister, Kathy Taggett of Jonesboro, GA; two grandchildren, Tanya Woodtke and her husband Kyle of Laconia, NH, Brian L. Corbin Jr. and his wife Miranda of Fort Fairfield; two great grandchildren, Kyle Woodtke Jr. of Laconia, NH, Dorothy Corbin of Fort Fairfield; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at a later date at the Evergreen Cemetery, Caribou. Those who wish may contribute in memory of Gail to the charity or organization of one’s choice.
